I have found in the serial number and everything there is a way to look at the serial number of my game by EA Games?
I have my manual and want to download it again.

Enter your username and password. The same username and password to login you use to in the Sims 2 official web site to access the BBS or the Exchange.
Click on my "account"
Enter your username and password. You may need to enter your password twice for security reasons.
Click on "My Games".
