What is it? are white, like warts or herpes, lol but it looks serious, I wonder if anyone knows what is and what can I do to treat it .. Id appreaciate it.

this is not herpes, but it's like an STD, I think your dog may have the virus of papilloma virus dog. like herpes, but some other symptomsare. I want to take your dog to a veterinarian before treatment.
