(ANS) No.1, you can see that this problem is too hard or) DVD-RW, or the hardware itself is not compatible with Windows Vista, or b) the problem is software related, ie drivers, not Vista compatible device.

** Device driver and application compatibility was a real headache with Windows Vista, since it began here earlier in the last 12 months in the United Kingdom. Already, many companies are still playing catch with the new Vista drivers.
